Who Are Volunteers?
Ordinary people who want to make a difference. They come from all walks of life and all age groups.

They have a diverse range of life experience and are loyal committed contributors to the life of the hospital and hospice.

Volunteers at St. Patrick’s Hospital & Marymount Hospice complement paid staff in caring for the patients.

Volunteers give freely of their time in many different areas of the hospital and hospice.

Most volunteers give at least two hours once a week on a day that suits the needs of both patient and volunteer.
