How to Make a Donation

You can help us to continue our work by making a donation by whichever means is most convenient for you.

An online donation can also be made by visiting mycharity.ie

Tax relief

If you are a PAYE employee and give €250 or more to St. Patrick's Hospital & Marymount Hospice within the same tax year, we can claim back the tax you have already paid on that donation, meaning that your donation goes even further.

If you are self-employed, you can claim tax relief against your annual income tax on any donation over €250.

Legacies

Legacies are an important source of income for St. Patrick's Hospital & Marymount Hospice. They provide us with essential funds that enable us to make long-term plans and ensure that the hospital / hospice can continue its work.

A large percentage of Irish people fail to make a will. This can lead to complicated financial and legal problems for families in the aftermath of a loved one’s death. Making a will is often easier and less expensive than people imagine. A valid will ensures that family members are provided for and are protected from unnecessary stress.

By making a will and pledging a legacy to St. Patrick's Hospital & Marymount Hospice, you can help ensure that our work will continue to benefit terminally ill people and their families for generations to come.
