St. Patrick’s Hospital (Cork) Ltd. provides a comprehensive range of Specialist Palliative Care Services and Services for Older People in Cork City and County. We are now inviting applications for the position of Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities will include:

Providing expert HR advice and support to senior management and staff;
Managing employee relations;
Ensuring the recruitment process, policy and selection methods are effective and transparent;
Development of HR policy/procedure within the hospital;
Development of staff through the design, delivery and evaluation of effective training programmes.

Degree level qualification with professional accreditation in Human Resources;
Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR management role in a healthcare or similar setting;
Personal qualities that demonstrate leadership, confidence, sound judgement, enthusiasm, commitment and ethics.
